  • LYNX LOC Emergency Generators and Building Upgrades – Orlando, FL
    Harkins Development Corporation was selected by the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority to provide construction services at their Princeton Maintenance Facility. Project includes upgrading the existing building and installing new generators throughout the facility.

  • Narcoossee
    Site work and construction of three 10,000 SF flex/warehouse buildings at the Narcoossee Commerce Park, a newly constructed flex office park in the Lake Nona area.

  • Ocoee, FL
    Harkins has been retained by the developer as the builder for this Medical Office Park near the Hospital off of Highway 50 in Ocoee. There will be 5 more buildings constructed in the office park.

  • Daycare Center
    construction of 15,000 SF daycare campus in Orlando is planned for sometime in the 3rd or 4th quarter in 2010. This project will also entail site work, a pool and all the FFE for the buildings.

  • Multiple Daycare Centers – remodeling of multiple Daycare centers throughout Florida to update all of the interiors. These projects will be done while the centers are still operational which will allow the owner to keep their business running while updating all of the interiors.

  • MATOC – North Region: HDC was awarded this Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) contract from the US Army Corp of Engineers, Mobile District to perform separate task orders for the North Region of the Mobile District which includes Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. These projects will vary in scope and size and will be performed over a 5 year contract. The contract value for this contract is $499,000,000.00 dollars.

  • MATOC – Gulf Coast Region: HDC was awarded this Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) contract from the US Army Corp of Engineers, Mobile District to perform separate task orders for the Gulf Coast Region of the Mobile District which includes parts of Florida and Alabama. These projects will vary in scope and size and will be performed over a 5 year contract. The contract value for this contract is $499,000,000.00 dollars.
