- Narcoossee
Site work and construction of three 10,000 SF flex/warehouse buildings at the Narcoossee Commerce Park, a newly constructed flex office park in the Lake Nona area.
- Hurlburt Field, FL – Design-Build of a single story 22,317 SF concrete block Child Development Center at Hurlburt Field, FL. Project consists of concrete block with split faced brick and stucco with clerestory roof incorporating a sloping seam metal roof system. Project also includes full site development, paving and outdoor play equipment.
- MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL – Design-Build of two (2) one-story Child Development Centers. The project includes construction of an 18,310 SF building and there is an option for a 22,042 SF building. The Child Development Centers consist of reinforced concrete foundations and floor slabs, masonry walls, stucco exteriors, standing seam metal roofs, fire detection/suppression systems, HVAC, AT/FP measures and completed site development.
- Ocoee, FL
Harkins has been retained by the developer as the builder for this Medical Office Park near the Hospital off of Highway 50 in Ocoee. There will be 5 more buildings constructed in the office park.
