Harkins Development Corporation has been retained by the developer of this 330,000+/- retail and medical/office park for pre-construction services, and we are finalizing a contract with the developer to coordinate and perform the interior build outs for the retail tenants, as well as for the medical/office condo buyers , HDC will also be performing ground up on all the out parcels. Harkins scope of work will include layout and design, construction budgeting, coordination between shell architect and contractor with the interior team and construction. Harkins will be responsible to insure timely coordination of all clients with various project architects, designers and will handle all permitting of projects to meet the construction timelines for the business.
