Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc.

In 1982 Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc., one of the largest privately held commercial electrical contracting companies in the nation, selected Harkins Development to build its two-story, 30,000 SF corporate headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The project included budgeting, estimating, permitting and construction. Tri-City turned again to Harkins for an extensive renovation and addition to their existing building. HDC embarked on an expansion of its office space and to update its warehouse capacity and capabilities. HDC provided design/build services, converting a portion of Tri-City's existing warehouse into a two-story, 9,000 square foot office space and added an additional 7,000 SF of modern warehouse space.
