Sonny’s BBQ retained HDC when Sonny’s Corporate acquired a former Bennigan’s restaurant. HDC worked hand in hand with the owners representative to establish a scope of work for the project in order to set a budget for the project. This project was a complete demolition and renovation of the entire building including the kitchen area and the exterior of the building. There was also an additional roof and smoker cooking area with outside entry door to the building.
