Harkins Development Corporation provided design/build services for this California based owner. Lake Mary Surgery Center is a physician-owned, ambulatory surgery center. The facility includes 3 OR's and a 6-bed pre/post operative area. Both adults and children are served for a variety of specialties including Podiatry, ENT, GYN, Urology, and Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Reconstructive surgery. The Harkins team coordinated all architectural and engineering services for the project, and oversaw construction. The project was completed in under 6 months. The success of this project resulted in the awarding of two additional Surgery Center contracts to Harkins.
