Heritage Hills Clubhouse and Amenities

Harkins Development Corporation was retained by Lennar Homes, one of the largest home builders in the United States for construction of their amenities packages at their new communities. HDC’s scope of work was pre-construction services inclusive of estimating, value engineering, budgeting and permitting for their Heritage Hills project. The contract scope of work consisted of performing total site development for a 7 acre site. HDC was responsible for the entire site, bringing in new fill and stabilizing the site for the construction of a 22,472 SF Structural Steel and CMU office and clubhouse facility for their new 1,200 home community. Site work also consisted of all utility (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, potable water distribution, fire line distribution, electric and phone) infrastructure, parking lot, landscaping, irrigation, striping and signage.  The project also included construction of a 5,761 SF commercial swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce courts and basketball courts. The interior buildout included all finishes (flooring, moldings, doors, hardware, windows, etc.) framing was done with metal framing and drywall. Building also included a complete Fire Alarm and Suppression system. Buildout also included all HVAC/mechanical, electrical and plumbing. HDC also constructed a boat dock, multiple gazebos and landscaping.
