Bright Horizons is the World’s leading provider of employer sponsored child care, early education, and work/life solutions with schools, located throughout the United States, Europe and Canada. HDC’s initial scope of work was pre-construction services inclusive of estimating, value engineering and budgeting for their Tampa Palms planned located. The contract scope of work consisted of total site development, construction of three separate buildings totaling 12,000 SF plus a swimming pool and 2 playgrounds. HDC was awarded the contract and subsequently completed the work on a very tight schedule, as well as coming in $115,000.00 under budget. As a result of the success of the Tampa Palms project, HDC was subsequently awarded a contract to construct another Bright Horizons Campus in Winter Garden, Florida.
