Harkins Development Corporation provided construction services and site development for this locally owned office building. The owner required a "Face Lift" on the front of the 11,600 SF existing facility combined with a 6,000 SF two story addition to the East end. The challenges included maintaining an operational existing building and parking lot while working on four sides of the facility and maintaining security and safety work perimeters. The site is very small allowing for limited maneuverability, material storage space, and work areas. The project was completed in 5 months.
